The Consulate of Mexico, the office of ProMexico in Seattle and the Mexican Agency for International Development Cooperation (AMEXCID) will present the first ever “MEXAM-Northwest Festival” which will take place between September 10th-17th, 2017, with the goal of showcasing Mexico as a vibrant and modern country, both in the cultural and business areas

MEX AM Northwest Festival is a celebration of all things Mexico unlike any other before seen in Seattle. Our mission is to connect with people on two main platforms: Business and Arts & Culture.

MEX AM Business, will take place on Tuesday 12th and Wednesday 13th of September at the Seattle Central Library. MEX AM business will bring together policymakers, investors, and entrepreneurs from Mexico and Washington State, with a series of specialized conferences and business panels with executives from top Mexican Companies, high level government officials from Mexico and Washington State and representatives from local companies.

MEX AM Arts and Culture will have a full week with different cultural events that will represent our innovative country and its creative potential. Some of the events include the projection of a documentary, a gastronomy class with Mexican chef Marco Marin, wine tastings from Valle de Guadalupe and a series of brief conferences addressing different topics that relate to arts, innovation, tourism and inspiring personal stories from Mexico.

We extend an invitation to everyone interested in learning and experiencing more about Mexico and the Mexican heritage community in the Northwest.

There´s much to see, taste, listen to, enjoy, share and love!
