All Sounder north line train service has been canceled for Monday evening and Tuesday morning after a mudslide brought trees, rocks and other debris down across the tracks just south of Everett.
Special bus service will be provided in lieu of the regular train service, Sound Transit officials said.
All special buses from Seattle will allow pre-boarding at 5th Avenue South and Weller Street (facing south) and depart from 4th Avenue South and S. Jackson Street. Times and other details can be found here
Commuters heading north from Edmonds or Mukilteo should take Community Transit or Everett Transit. Details are here
It was unclear exactly how long north line train service would be interrupted by the slide.
Some Sounder south line service was canceled Monday morning due to mechanical issues, but regular service will be provided Monday evening.
