SEATTLE - A suspect arrested after human remains were found inside a container in Tukwila has been ordered held on $2 million bail.

The 37-year-old man was arrested Thursday night after the remains were found inside a container outside a Tukwila apartment complex in Tukwila, according to police.

KOMO is not naming the suspect because he has not been charged.

Officers were called to the complex in the 5800 block of South 152nd Place on Thursday after a resident discovered the human remains and immediately called 911.

Residents at the apartment complex said the woman who found the remains was "freaked out and shaking" after the gruesome discovery.

Detectives were able to identify a suspect related to the incident. He was booked into King County jail Thursday night for investigation of homicide, according to Tukwila Police officer Victor Masters.

Masters said police do not believe the incident was random.

The King County Medical Examiner's Office is performing an autopsy of the remains to determine the cause of death.

Detectives have not said whether the person killed was a man or woman.
